Hello Uwe,
Terrific results! I just completed a test drive with your wii-mote whiteboard software version (10dot8_and_later.dmg) on my MacBook Pro running MacOSX 10.9 Mavericks. It connected successfully (wii mote sync) and I was able to calibrate the screen with an IR Pen. Ran a couple of applications (Paintbrush 2.1.1, Safari)…all worked with success!
A couple of small challenges as the built in Bluetooth scanner competes with the Wii-Mote Whiteboard software to sync with the wii-mote. Had to cancel a few pairing requests from the MacOSX . Had to turn my Bluetooth off and on to bypass this issue. As well, it take a few “red button” presses (inside battery compartment sync switch) before the sync took place.
Kudos to you Uwe for taking the time to troubleshoot the MacOSX Bluetooth compatibility issue.
Cheers,
